MIT's resources for court cases are in our Legal Information Library Guide. Databases like LexisNexis (our best choice for case law) do not have the full transcripts of cases, but instead have the opinion, and select other documents.

For all the filings in a case, try PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records).   This service provides access to case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy courts. There is a fee for this service.
