FactSet is available to MIT faculty, staff and students for use only with work related to courses, interview preparation and other academic, non-commercial research. FactSet is a database of financial and economic data – like Datastream, Bloomberg, or Capital IQ.
MIT faculty, staff and students may access FactSet from designated terminals in E51 and E62.
To access FactSet from your personal computer (MIT faculty, staff and students only), you will need to fill out a FactSet ID request form. Once approved, you will be able to access FactSet using FactSet's client software or using your web browser via FactSet Connect .
MIT Sloan faculty, staff and students may contact Sloan Technology Services for assistance.
MIT instructors may set up access for a class of students by contacting FactSet Client support .
Please contact FactSet Client support with other questions about access. MIT Libraries does not maintain the FactSet subscription and cannot provide assistance with accessing or using FactSet.
